Zonga needed a website to showcase their holiday houses, show the availabilities, and have visitors make reservation requests online. Once a request made Zonga needed to be able to make a quotation that can be confirmed and signed online for confirmation. Once confirmed the availability of a holiday house on the website needed to be changed in order to avoid double bookings.
Solution
The Odoo modules Website, Online Forms, CRM, Sales, Accounting, Invoicing and Agenda immediately hit the mark for offering the requested online reservation and invoicing functionalities.
Results
Thanks to the user-friendly interface of Odoo, Zonga has a fully integrated reservation and invoicing system from a request in CRM to payment and the agenda booking.
