We are currently looking for a Senior Project manager to guide our customers through their digital transformation.

As Senior Project Manager you lead by example and have the skill and the capacity to quickly solve problems.

You’re accountable for the success of your projects and are an inspiration for your teams. You don't lose sight of the big picture and push towards shared goals.

Your everyday tasks

Working alongside your clients, you will develop and implement new business processes for your clients, by: 

• You are responsible for the a qualitative delivery of large projects employing multiple business analysts and developers

• You are responsible to maintain a high level of internal team satisfaction

• You build a long-term and trustful customer relationship

• You coach your team in using the scrum methodology

• You are responsible for managing risks, budget and planning

• You participate in presales activities

• You propose improvements to work instructions and project best practices

• Willing to be a mentor for more junior team members to increase their competences and knowledge

• Through lessons learned experiences, ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met

• Maintaining strong relationships with the operational teams “Deliver” and “Advise”

Your profile

To succeed in your mission, you must have a positive, solution-focused mindset. 

• You have a master degree in business, administration, or related field

• With past project management experiences you understand why structure is important

• For you the IT service industry has no secrets

• You have excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer relationship skills

• You have ERP knowledge and organize in a structured way

• As a strong creative thinker you turn problems into opportunities

• You have the ability to work under pressure and handle stress

• With a solid functional and technical understanding you have the ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle

• You use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines

• You learn fast and understand and apply new technologies that can deliver value to your projects and customers
