In order to expand our Eezee-it family, we are currently looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST WITH A SPECIALTY IN PRODUCTION.

Your everyday tasks

Working alongside your clients, you will develop and implement new business processes for your clients, by:

• You organize workshops to present the solution to the client
  

• You establish the functional and technical analyzes that will serve as specifications

• You frequently communicate progress on the project
  

• You assess risks and anticipate solutions to reduce them
  

• You ensure the quality of the work submitted and compliance with budgets
  

• You encourage your teams to give the best of themselves
  

• You train your client and document the processes
  

• You offer maintenance support
  

Your goal: to create a long-term relationship of trust with the client

Your profile

To succeed in your mission, you must have a positive, solution-focused mindset.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in an industrial environment with production facilities
  

• You are fluently bilingual with a good knowledge of at least two of the following languages FR/NL/ENG
  

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire ou d’une école d’ingénieur 
  

• You like contact with the customer and you are service-minded
  

• You are a negotiator and you have a sense of compromise
  

• You are looking for genuine and sustainable working relationships that allow you to progress
