Your everyday tasks

Working alongside your clients, you will develop and implement new business processes for your clients, by:

  • organising workshops to present the solution to the client

  • setting up functional and technical analyzes that will serve as specifications

  • providing regular project progress reports

  • assessing risks and proposing solutions to reduce them

  • ensuring the quality of the work submitted within budget

  • motivating your teams to give the best of themselves

  • prviding training for your client and documenting the processes

  • providing maintenance support

Your goal: to create a long-term relationship, trust-based with the client

Your profile

To succeed in your mission, you must have a positive, solution-focused mindset.

  • You have a master's degree in business management or have worked in a eCommerce environment

  • You are fluently bilingual with a good knowledge of at least two of the following languages FR/NL/ENG

  • You have an interest in digital marketing and online sales processes

  • You have an analytical mind and a interest in technology

  • You like customer contacts and have a service spirit

  • You are a negotiator and have a sense of compromise

  • You are looking for genuine and sustainable working relationships that allow you to progress
