About the position
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to co-create our marketing strategy, lead impactful digital campaigns, and optimize performance. You will also play a key role in developing and strengthening our international branding, ensuring consistent positioning across all markets. In addition to managing multichannel campaigns, you will actively contribute to community engagement and the creation of compelling content.
Your Responsibilities :
- Digital campaign design and optimization: Develop, manage, and refine campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms, with a strong focus on performance and ROI. You’ll leverage techniques such as re-targeting, marketing automation, and A/B testing to maximize impact.
- Advanced analysis and reporting: Use GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to analyze performance, produce detailed reports, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Community Management and content creation: Publish engaging content across social media channels, while also creating various written assets, such as blog articles, white papers, and business cases that showcase successful client projects.
- SEO/SEA and Growth Marketing: Actively participate in natural and paid search strategies while exploring growth marketing techniques to drive innovative growth.
- Trend monitoring and innovation: Stay informed on digital trends and new approaches to continuously enrich our marketing strategy and broaden our global impact.

Profil we're looking for :
- Experience: at least 3 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on multichannel campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Advanced Technical Skills: proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and paid advertising platforms.
- Creativity and Visual Impact: ability to create engaging content and collaborate with designers to enhance campaign aesthetics and effectiveness.
- Language Skills: excellent command of French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Openness to Innovation: a keen interest in growth marketing and a proactive approach to experimenting with new techniques and technologies in digital marketing.
