We are currently looking for an Account Manager to activate our customers to increase their Odoo apps usage and experience.
Beside maintaining a strong working knowledge of industry best practices, an Account Manager provides the highest level of customer service and develops lasting customer relationships.
To be successful as Account Manager, you should display a strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills.
Your everyday tasks
Create Service Excellence by handling customer requests or concerns quickly and professionally
Maintain a pleasant and long-term relationship to identify and close new business opportunities
Frequently visit your assigned customers and define the short and long term vision and application landscape
Frequently evaluate the customers satisfaction level
Propose services to improve key- and end-users application knowledge
Delegate and direct service tasks
Monitor the progress of running and future projects
Align team members to ensure the customer and sales goals are met
Performing administrative tasks, such as monitoring incoming tickets, processing of new and upselling sales orders, price indexations, ….
Improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and meet the customer service level agreement.
Through lessons learned experiences, ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met
Maintaining strong relationships with operational teams Deliver and Advise
To succeed in your mission, you must have a positive, solution-focused mindset.
You have a Master’s degree in business, administration, or related field
You have already sales and management experience
For you the IT service industry has no secrets
Knowledge of ITIL and Scrum methodologies will make your job easier
You have excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer relationship skills
By knowing ERP and with good organizational skills you customers will love your advise
With strong creative thinking you will be able to turn problems into opportunties
You have the ability meeting deadlines and remain calm when others aren’t
You will work full-time (38 hours/week) on a permanent contract
